Angel Coating, Inc. was formed in 2005 to enhance our display’s final appearance as well as durability.

Each frame is cleaned with a high-pressure heated phosphate solution with an average of 4 mil of Polyester TGIC powder electrostatically applied. The powder is then cured in our massive 20 Ft. x 8 Ft. x 8 Ft. oven to create a durable finish. The application is in accordance with the following ASTM Standards: D523, D2454, D3363, D2794, D3359B, D522, D968, B117 and D2247.Powder Coating does not prevent rust but will diminish the rate of rust visability.
