Sandy co-founded GP Designs after the closure of General Plastics Corporation in December 2003. Sandy spent over 10 years working in the customer service field prior to joining General Plastics in 1993 as Customer Service Manager. In 1998 Sandy was promoted to Office Manager. Sandy graduated from Ball State University with an Associates Degree in Banking and Finance. She oversees the company’s daily business and financial operations of GP Designs. She also heads the administrative team that includes the Vice President of Operations and Plant Manager. Sandy is also President of Angel Coatings, Inc. a sister company of GP Designs that specializes in Powder Coating. Sandy has been the Clerk-Treasurer for the Town of Matthews for 6 years and a member of the Board of Directors of the Eastbrook School System Building Corporation for 15 years.
David and Sandy live in Matthews and have two sons K.C. and Cameron.
